Judy brings nearly twenty years of experience across legal private practice, in-house legal counsel roles, and project-based consultancy in South Africa, the UK, and the Netherlands. Admitted as a South African attorney, she has spent her career helping organisations navigate complex legal and governance landscapes — always with a focus on turning complexity into clarity.

Alongside her legal career, Judy has studied sustainability and biomimicry, with a particular fascination for how corporate governance can learn from nature’s ecosystems — think adaptability, interdependence, resilience, and long-term thinking. This perspective shapes how she approaches reporting, with a strong focus on clarity, coherence, and long-term value.

At &Wider, Judy consults as a Reporting Specialist, bringing structure and clarity to complex information so that reporting is focused, meaningful, and delivers what the client actually needs.  

When she’s not working, you’ll most likely find Judy outdoors, on a dance floor, or trying (and occasionally failing) to keep up with her busy sons!
